There really is no such thing as “the best copy machine”. Fact is, they are pretty much all the same. Ever since the first digital copy machine came on the market the playing field was leveled. All that is left is personal preference.
Some people swear by Canon, some Samsung, and others Xerox. Fact is, most of these machines aren’t even made by their respective manufacturers. You have Xerox copiers made by Samsung, Sharp makes some Toshiba’s, etc.
The most important questions that you need to know are:
1)How many prints do you make per month?
2)Do you need 11×17 capabilities (Ledger size)?
3)Black and white or color?
4)Are you looking for multifunction?
5)Do you need to networking?
6)Do you need stapling?
Once you find a machine that fits all 6 of those criteria, simply choose the least expensive option. If you are on the fence of whether or not you need 11×17 (ledger), copy machines that offer this functionality are typically $1000.00 more expensive. This is a great tip to keep in mind when searching.
